Southfield OB/Gyn Associates would like to advise you that Dr Patrice Harold and Dr Michele Thomas will be closing Southfield Ob/Gyn permanently.
Dr. Patrice Harold is retiring and her last day of providing medical care in our office for patients will be effective May 22, 2025.
Dr. Thomas will be moving to a new office in the future; however, details have not been confirmed at this time. Dr Michele Thomas last day of providing medical care in our office will be effective June 12, 2025.
After 6/12/2025 for urgent matters our patients may go to an urgent care provider of their choice or in case of an emergency go to the nearest emergency room. Our patients may reach out to the DMC provider referral service at: 888-362-2500 or the Henry Ford /Providence provider referral service at: 800-627-8106 to obtain a new OB/Gyn provider. We also have attached a list of Ob/Gyn providers in the area.
Medical record requests may be sent to our office by 07/15/25. Dr Thomas will reach out to her patients once her plans have been confirmed of when and where.
